Spirituality vs. Religion

Today on Friends in Recovery - The Addiction Recovery Podcast, hosts Jersey Ed & the Podfather Mike Miles are joined by behind-the-scenes maven Melissa Howard. You may have heard the guys mention Melissa on our show. She works hard to push our message out across social media and lines up our incredible guest speakers. In addition to helping produce Friends in Recovery & Answering the Call podcasts, Melissa also represents Genesis House in her home state of Virginia. Today she is the Friends in Recovery Podcast (and the Boston Area) for the very first time!

The topic today is a common one in the world of AA & NA: Spirituality vs. Religion. Are they the same or different? Can they co-exist. No right or wrong answers here - just an exploratory conversation about how the two intermingle. We would love to hear your thoughts!
